Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns or issue refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is an error in the imprinting or engraving that differs from the advertised item.
  • Incorrect item was shipped to you.

Returns for any other reason, including change of mind or customer input errors, are not accepted.

2. Return Process

A. Requesting a Return Authorization

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization from our Returns Department within 10 days of receiving the product. Contact us at AlienOutletReturns@unchartedcreators.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrectly engraved product
  • A brief description of the issue

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

B. Returning the Merchandise

Once approved, customers must:

  • Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.
  • Use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Cover the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

3. Refunds & Replacements

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method or
  • Provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • The customer provided incorrect spelling, design specifications, or customization details.
  • The return request was submitted after 10 days of receipt.
  • The item is not returned in its original condition.
